International versions of the Night of the Comet VHS release continue to surface. This Israeli version with Hebrew writing has recently appeared on eBay. Released in 1992 by Victory Video, the Hebrew title, מפגשים מסוכנים, translates as “Dangerous Encounters”.

Happy Birthday Thom Pace

Happy birthday to Thom Pace. Thom was responsible for three of Night of the Comet’s soundtrack songs; I’ll Take the Blame (written and performed), Virgin in Love (Written and perfomed) and King County Woman (written).

Up until 2014, Virgin in Love was the only track available to fans, however, following discussions with the film’s music producer, Don Perry, and the discovery of some master tapes, all three tracks can now be enjoyed.

Another version of I’ll Take the Blame is available directly from Thom Pace on his CD Slices of the past and Future, available from his eBay page.
